New Construction Project

Situated in Waukesha, WI, this 2018 new‑build presented challenging clay soils and steep grade changes. We delivered a thoughtfully crafted outdoor space featuring a paver patio, stoop and stairs, field stone boulder retaining walls, native plantings, and engineered drainage swales for rainwater drainage. The plant palette focuses on year‑round visual interest—blue, white and pink blooms—while supporting wildlife and creating low‑maintenance resilience.
